Q. How Long Does Shipping Take?
A. Shipping can take 2-3 weeks to arrive. Handling of your order can take up 7-14 business days. Once dropped at the post office it can take an additional 1-3 business days to be delivered. All items are examined before shipment to ensure you the customer receives the best quality product upon arrival.
Q. How Do I Pay?
A. We accept payment through PayPal, you do not need a paypal account to check out with a credit or debit card. Paypal is the fastest, easiest & most secure way to process the transaction.
Q. Are your Jordans Authentic?
A. Jordan's are AAA++ quality. We take pride in providing our customers with top of the line merchandise on every transaction. These Jordan's are pretty hard to come by, if you get your order and you are not happy with them we offer 100% money back guarantee.
Q. Do you offer refunds?
A. All sales are final please be advised only store credit will be issued. This policy can be waived in the event Queens R'Us makes an error on your order.
Q. Do you accept returns/exchanges?
A. Yes! Please contact us before returning. All items must be unworn & in original packaging & shipped back WITHIN 2wks from delivery date any items received after the 2 week timeframe will not be honored. Please send w/a tracking number to prevent loss of parcels. Once the item is received you can exchange it for an equal or lessor priced item and/or receive a store credit coupon.
Q. Do you offer layway?
A. Yes please inbox to set up your layaway payments prior to purchasing. Paypal also offers a payment plan called "Bill Me Later". Upon check out you can apply for a credit account no money down on the purchase.
Q. Do you have a physical store to shop at?
A. No we are online only but Queens R'Us will be in a homefront soon:)
